As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Heather provides clinical oversight while supporting the continued growth and education of the Serenity MedSpa team. She is highly respected for her knowledge, mentorship, and dedication to helping providers deliver safe, effective, and personalized treatment. Her leadership helps ensure that every service at Serenity MedSpa is grounded in high clinical standards while maintaining the elevated, patient-centered experience our clients expect.
Alexandra Seanor, APN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner at Serenity MedSpa with a passion for helping patients look and feel their best through thoughtful, personalized aesthetic and wellness care. She focuses on achieving refreshed, natural-looking results that enhance confidence while preserving each patient’s individual features. Alex takes a patient-centered approach to treatment, combining clinical knowledge with an eye for balance and subtle enhancement. Her goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming experience while helping patients choose treatments that align with their goals and support their overall well-being.

Crystal is a licensed esthetician with more than 15 years of experience and a genuine passion for helping patients achieve healthy, radiant, and confident skin. She brings extensive skincare knowledge to Serenity MedSpa and enjoys creating personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s individual concerns and goals. As a long-time believer in IMAGE Skincare, Crystal also helps patients build effective at-home routines that complement their professional treatments. Her warm, knowledgeable approach allows patients to feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout every step of their skincare journey.
Lydia serves as Practice Manager at Serenity MedSpa and brings extensive leadership and operational experience from managing orthodontic, oral surgery, and aesthetic practices. With a professional background as a licensed esthetician, she offers a unique combination of clinical understanding, patient-care experience, and practice management expertise. Lydia oversees the day-to-day operations of Serenity MedSpa while helping ensure that every detail of the patient experience reflects the high standards of the practice. Her focus is creating a welcoming, organized, and elevated environment where both patients and the clinical team feel supported.
